During a recent review of historical PAMMA records, we uncovered a collection of photographs from what appears to have been a PAMMA Bowling Bash held in the 1990s. While limited information about the event remains available, the photos provide a valuable glimpse into the organization’s history and the strong relationships shared among members, industry partners, and public officials at the time.
The gallery features attendees participating in a variety of activities throughout the event, including bowling, darts, and pinball. The Bowling Bash appears to have brought together PAMMA members, their families and guests, as well as several local and state government representatives, reflecting the organization’s longstanding involvement within the community and Pennsylvania’s amusement industry.
Among the individuals recognized in the photographs are John Milliron; past Representative Richard Geist; Robert Borello; past Representative Joseph Markosek; Chuck Morton; past Representative Joseph Preston; Bob Mills of Arachnid; past Representative Ellen Bard; past Senator Jack Wagner; past Representative Lisa Boscola; and Nancy M. Do you recognize anyone else?
These archived photographs help preserve an important part of PAMMA’s history and offer members an opportunity to reflect on past events and the individuals who contributed to the organization and industry over the years. We are pleased to share this gallery and welcome any additional information members may have regarding the event or those pictured.
